For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post. International orders are shipped via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery times within Australia usually range from 2-10 business days but may vary depending on location and courier services.

Please note, Smart Replacement Parts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit unless shipping insurance is purchased. Full tracking information is provided with every shipment. If an uninsured item is lost, claims should be directed to Australia Post. Without insurance, we cannot offer replacements for lost or damaged items.

In cases where an item is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may be applied. Customers will be notified in these cases.
