At Smart Replacement Parts, we offer affordable flat-rate shipping on most orders within Australia.
For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post. International orders are shipped via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery times range from 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note, Smart Replacement Parts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit unless shipping insurance is purchased. Full tracking information is provided with every shipment. If an uninsured item is lost, claims should be directed to Australia Post. Without insurance, we cannot offer replacements for lost or damaged items.
In cases where an item is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may be applied. Customers will be notified in these cases.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a faulty product, you may return it to Smart Replacement Parts at 56 Holloway Drive, Bayswater VIC 3153. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and an explanation of the fault. Once the item is received and verified as faulty, we will replace it free of charge and ship it back to you within 30 days. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase amount. Please provide full purchase details, including contact information.
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you may return it provided it is unused and in its original packaging. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, we are happy to exchange it for a different item if a receipt is provided.
